tolerated, if our bankruptcy system is to serve
its purpose of helping the honest debtor in need of financial relief,”
said

Trustees. “Operation Truth or Consequences highlights the commitment of
the Department of
Justice and our law enforcement partners to vigorously investigate and
prosecute
bankruptcy fraud wherever it occurs.”
After having read the above
commitment to the eradication of bankruptcy fraud, and as a concerned
citizen who recognizes the negative impact that bankruptcy fraud has on
each of us, I respectfully request that you investigate a particularly
egregious case of bankruptcy fraud being perpetrated by a religious
organization and serial filer.
